Stroll

The towns in the region are as diverse as the nature around the Fruchttrauf: the student town of Tübingen is always full of life and has a unique flair. In the small town pearl of Rottenburg, things are a little more comfortable: you can enjoy ice cream on the Neckar or a coffee by the cathedral. Surrounded by meadow orchards, Mössingen am Albtrauf is the ideal starting point for excursions into nature.

Wurmlinger Chapel, Bebenhausen Monastery and Weitenburg Castle: There are numerous excursion destinations and sights on the Fruchtetrauf, which can be wonderfully combined with one of the cycling or hiking tours.

Museums

The exhibits in the museum of the University of Tübingen are truly historical: Art is exhibited in Hohentübingen Castle that was produced during the last Ice Age, around 40.000 years ago, and has since been registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are also numerous other art, history and local history museums.

Tübingen

Half-timbered houses, narrow streets and student flair characterize the historic old town of Tübingen. The picturesque Neckarfront, the famous punts and the listed Bebenhausen monastery are longing destinations for guests from near and far in the much-cited "small big city".

Moessingen

Orchards as far as you can see: Mössingen is the orchard town on the fruit eaves. From the city center it is only a few minutes' walk to nature. The orchard experience center in the listed Pausa area is a tempting attraction. But you can also experience the history of the textile handicraft, which is so characteristic of the region, up close.

Rothenburg

The small town pearl impresses with its cozy charm: On the market at the cathedral, on the stairs at the Neckar or on a stroll through the old town you can let your soul dangle. The episcopal and Roman city also has a lot to offer culturally, e.g. B. with the Roman or Diocesan Museum, numerous places of worship and many events.
