Order data processing, provider

We have a contract with the IT service provider commissioned by us, Komm.One, Institution of Public Law, Krailenshaldenstraße 44, 70469 Stuttgart, to process the data collected when you visit our website using the technologies and software used in accordance with data protection regulations Order data processing closed (according to Art. 28 GDPR). The internet servers used are located in Germany. The data will not be passed on to other third parties or any other evaluation will take place unless there is a legal obligation to do so (Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter e) GDPR).

Page visits – statistics and analysis

Our website uses Matomo, an open source software tool to record page visits for statistics and analysis.

The cookies for recording in Matomo are only used with your consent (see cookies and cookie settings in this data protection declaration). You can accept the recording in the cookie settings.

If you have accepted the use of Matomo in the cookie settings: When analyzed with Matomo, your IP address will be anonymized immediately after processing and before it is stored.

The statistical tool we use, Matomo, is located on the Internet servers in Germany of our provider Komm.One. The data processing takes place within the order data processing contract existing between us as the website operator and our provider Komm.One (see order data processing, provider in this data protection declaration).

The purpose of the processing is to analyze website usage and evaluate it for the optimization of our website offering.
By asking for your consent, we base the processing on Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a) GDPR and Section 25 Para. 1 TTDSG.

2. General information and mandatory information

The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data as confidential and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Right to data portability

4. Data collection on our website

Google Web Fonts
